The Grove Outreach
Outreach support is available from The Grove Speech and Language Resource. It is an advisory service available to mainstream schools in Wokingham Borough. The service provides training, guidance, and support to schools to get the best outcomes for children whose primary needs are speech and language or Developmental Language Disorder.

Ascendancy Partnership Trust - Wokingham Outreach Services
WOS is the entry portal into support and training from Outreach Services commissioned by Wokingham Borough Council – AOIS, Foundry College and The Grove.
Please use WOS:
- For general enquiries related to outreach support and services
- For outreach support for individual pupils
- To search for and book training courses offered by AOIS, Foundry College and The Grove.
The Grove Outreach Team
Mrs Godfrey – The Grove Outreach Teacher
I first joined The Grove Resource Team at Highwood in 2016. Prior to this I was an Inclusion Manager at a local Primary school.
Since then, I have completed a PG Cert in Language Impairment in Children and helped Highwood to become an Elklan accredited Communication Friendly Setting.
We first set up the outreach service for Wokingham schools in 2023. It is a privilege to work with Wokingham schools to gain the best outcomes for learners with Speech, Language and Communication Needs.
