Some of our year 5 children were able to meet The Mayor and Deputy Mayor this week.

Highwood and other local schools have been working together on the 'Communitree' project which aims to raise funds to enable the planting of more trees in our local community.

The children confidentially presented their research and plans to an audience at the Oakwood Centre this week.
